Most members of the staff are just amazing! Like Henry Hence, Erika and the manager. Can’t remember the name. They were jolly, totally helpful, always smiley and super friendly.

It lacked better food options, lacked “spirit” in the decor to make the rooms warmer and cozier, some staff were nasty and wanted to charge for extra towels while their showers do not have curtains and it would flood the whole toilets room, and also wanted to charge for extra pillows. Gladfully the other staff, got involved and I wasn’t either charged not bothered and granted a free upgrade to a better room.

Nice hotel. Huge room. Good breakfast and staff.

The bathroom’s water from the shower didn’t flow correctly, being a big problem. The floor always with a mount of water.

- very friendly worker - nice room cleaning service - I got a very big room (35 sqm) the street of the hotel had not much traffic

- no refrigerator - to much mosquitos in the room, although the window can't be open - middle hard mattress

Good value for money, however can be a little far from places to go and only way to commute is grab.

The rooms were really spacious and the beds and linen were comfy and of high quality.

The wifi wasn’t great and the breakfast did not have any bread to go with the eggs.

I'm pretty sure you can find better for this price

The bed was very big and cofty, the room had a hairdryer (seems a stupid thing to comment but is the first time I had this in Philippines so far!) and the staff helped me call the transfer I arranged to Moalboal when he didn't show up.

To begin with, they are not very responsive. I tried reaching out via booking and Facebook to book a pick up from the pier but by the time they came back to me with the answer I was getting down of the ferry. Blessing in desguise because they charge 1200php for the pick up and a metered taxi costed me 130! Upon check up I was requested a 2k cash deposit (besides the fact that they already had my credit card details) plus the total price was not the same that was shown in my app confirmation because there was an extra 22% in fees. I made it very clear I was not happy and still they didn't even bother to help me carry my things to the room... Like literally zero effort to try and make me feel comfortable. I specifically requested a quiet room and yet the placed me next to a group of 15 Chinese women that I guess were all on a trip together so they were so excited they were screaming non stop. Besides the size of the room (huuuuge) the bathroom was pretty small and basic. The rooms are big and clean but the hotel is quite basic in terms of amenities
